This is the process by which we run a Strategic Overview of the product, including Product Analysis and Market Research. We determine its Target Market and Product Positioning in order to finalise our Marketing Strategy for its Launch.
Product Distribution
This is the process by which we plan how we are going to move this product from source to market. This would require a complete Financial Analysis to breakdown the true costs of the product. This would also include a Logistic Management Plan detailing all movements within this process, including timescales.
